Thoroughly cleaned the MAF sensor but the problem remains the same ... Rough idle ... Specific thing is when I scan with INPA and when I switch to monitor Selective mass adjustment rpm stabilize ... some suggestion and advice?

 

Is the problem gone when engine is cold (coolant temp < 19 C)?

More likely faulty volume control valve, Nr.2.

 

The problem is always present whether it's hot or cold engine...

I've seen two similar cases where both were caused by the volume control valve. With DIS you could do a rail pressure system test, but it would probably tell you the same. You can try unplugging the volume control valve. It should drop to pure rail pressure control.
