Hi guys

I'm changing my spark plugs hopefully this weekend and wanted to know what the correct torque setting is for the spark plugs and the two bolts that holds the coils in place?

I have just ordered a Draper torque wrench and should be here by the weekend. The torque setting on the wrench is in NM and ft-inch

Also how important is it to use anti-seize compound?

I got the NGK Laser Platinum plugs BKR6EQUP 3199 are these correct?

This is the first time I'm doing this on a BM

what!! So I spent ÂŁ20 squids on a torque wrench only to find out yo have to quarter turn the lil ba****ds!!

I'm sure somebody will come along and tell me the answer :silly

I bought a torque wrench so I'm doing it properly :hihi

What about using anti seize?

yeah i never use my torque wrench on plugs, i tbh dont trust my torque wrench on somthing like that, usually use it for suspension components and bigger things on the engine. just looked on a couple threads on e46 fanatics that looks like the right plug for you :)

edit: didnt use antiseize but it wont be bad just use a little bit, i remember my old plugs were a pain in the ass to get out.
