2000 e46 323i throwing p0340, p1519 and p1520 codes

Installed new intake camshaft sensor to no avail. Checked voltage and resistance to supply, target and ground wires- all within spec 12 volts supply wire; 5 volts target wire and goes to zero when cam is turned and resistance on grnd wire. Cleaned ecm contacts and connectors with electric spray. Can a bad vanos throw these codes?. Car is sluggish in low rpm but otherwise runs great; only has 75k miles on it. Any ideas would be appreciated cause I'm stumped.

Hi Joe,

First thing I'd do is remove, clean out and replace the o-ring seals on the vanos solenoids. Check they're getting power to them and test them with 12v to see if they're working, if all is good there, then I'd be looking at the crankshaft sensor or timing issue.
