Hello guys :cool
I'm new to the forum.I want to ask something regarding the BMW F30 engines.
I want to buy an F30,but I'm not sure which engine to choose.I was looking at the 320i but then I read/heard the fact that the consumption is quite high.So I swithced to look for the classical 320d (184 HP) and I also observed the 325d (twinturbo) engine.
My questions: 1) Having in mind that I only make slightly above 15k km/year does it makes sense to buy a diesel engine ? Right now I would buy a diesel one,I got scared after I searched and saw the fuel consumption of the 320i (184 HP).
2) Is the N47D20O1(215 HP) engine quite reliable ? It has two turbochargers,so I was thinking that the realiability is lower that the N47D20 (184 HP) ?
3) The expenses for a 320xd are much higher than a 320d ?
What do you say?Is it worth buying a diesel or a petrol engine.I'm tempted to buy the twin turbo engine, but I'm thinking that is not a reliable one !
Please advice.I will buy the car next weekend and I need to know your reviews!
Thank you very much!
