The tyre pressure monitor on my BMW 520d 2016, would not reset. I have had the main reciever and the monitors in the wheels replaced. It was fine for a couple of days then failed again. tried a couple of resets, and at one stage had the message the the front tyre was low, then it went back to failure. Also seemed to have lost some displays on my dash. Last year I had a problem, and found that the battery compartment flooded, getting the ECU wet. had new vents and a new ECU. Any ideas appreciated.

A friend is currently having issues with her TPMS. Without realising it someone previously had swapped her tyres round and the wrong tyre keeps showing wrong pressures!! After a while of realising she took the easy way out and monitored pressures at each tyre and made a sticker for the dash depicting which tyres were on the monitor display!!!

Otherwise, have you checked the battery is OK and keeping full charge?
