I have programmed EGR delete into the engines Ecu (DDE) software so faulty EGRs can be removed or unplugged so the EGR stays closed all the time and does not to open so the customer does not have to replace it at a high cost or on working EGRs to stop the soot getting into the intake and clogging the manifold so stopping the newer type swirl flaps from wearing out faster on the N47, N57, and others
These have been on the early and later type Ecus for the M and N type engines
Many other tuners (and DPF removers) will tell you it is not possible to set the Egr to stay closed or turn off the Egr if the Egr is faulty without the need to remove the DPF or as the DPF will not Regen which is completely BS as I have proven this time and time again that my Egr off through the Ecus software works every time
Clogged up intake port N47

Clogged up EGR pipe which fits in intake after the throttle valve
Warn swirl flap rod in lower intake manifold port
The upper intake port has broken off swirl flap which got stuck in the manifold port
Remember you don't need to remove the DPF from your car (it's illegal to use your car on the road if it's been removed)
Other tuners and DPF removers will only tell you this to rip you off as it makes them more money and they can sell off the insides of the DPF for a lot of money which they will put in their pocket
