Hi everyone,I'm wondering if any of the knowledgeable owners/technicians can help me,I have recently bought a 320d e92 M sport with lots of toys ect inside after a 3 month period of owning the car and completely rebuilding the arse end shockers mounts bushes abs sensors reluctor rings and rear tyres I have a new fault,my power steering is intermittently failing,it started with a clunk from the passenger side front and I lost all power assisted steering,I limped home no fault lights on the dash,I parked it up for a day and went back out to it,now I have an orange steering wheel symbol on the dash that intermittently comes on and off when trying to turn the wheel at slow speeds thus making my power steering fail at the same time,I have a snap on solos diagnostic computer and can't pick any faults up with it,I have been in the motor trade for around 10 years but never come across an electric power steering fault in my time working with vehicles and not so up to date with BMWs any help or advice would be appreciated before I go down the,reconditioned rack and steering colum route which will cost me a lot of £...
