Recently acquired a G31 520d xdrive from which the head unit had been stolen. Not only that but the scallys had chopped off all the connectors.
I’ve obtained a replacement HU from a slightly later car but I’m struggling with the connectors. I’ve tried a couple of local auto electricians but they don’t seem to keen to get involved
Does anyone know of a U.K. supplier of the FAKRA rf and high speed data connectors to reterminate the wires, and or failing that an expert who can re terminate the unit and virginise / recode the HU.
btw I’m in the North East, but don’t mind travelling to the Midlands etc if anyone’s got any particular recommendations.
