Hi, my car has developed a dpf issue recently, it had a lot of issues, water pump, thermostats, plugs etc, sorted everything, car throws no error codes at all.
Managed to force a regeneration via the bimmer tool app, soot mas has gone down to 0 percent from 100, but done 30 miles since and it has gone up to 40 percent again, is this normal?
Could there be another issue that is not visible via a code reader? It has not thrown a dpf error code yet, and i've only done one regen, could it take more than one cycle? Car has done 160k miles. Sorry for silly question, coming from 2 petrol bmws, my knowledge of diesel bmws is very limited. Thank you.
