Have disconnected the front sensors nothing changed, disconnected the rear and the front sensors started to ‘click’ again. Couldn’t get any feedback on the idrive though when trying to drive forward toward a wall.. Does this mean a rear sensor is faulty?

 

Checked with multimeter and PDC unit is getting power to it. Cant figure out which pins I need to go between to see if power is going out to each wiring loom?

 

I will check to see if it’s connecting. PDC definitely on fuse 69.

 

It's either 63 or 69, depends on when it was built. If you say your VIN we can be more precise.
Can you connect to the PDC module with INPA/ISTA?

 

Been out there this morning and ran INPA tests. Not getting any oscillation feedback from any sensor front and rear bumper.

I was expecting most of the sensors to be working on INPA. a few posts suggested the first sensor in the system has broken and hence why none work on the idrive/audible tone.

looks like the system is dead.

I’ve got a lead on a second hand PDC module for £50 but hesitant to spend money at this point and instead would rather run more diagnostics

not sure what else I can do?

 

Fuse for PDC is 69, small 5 amp. Checked it and look fine, have swapped it with the 5a horn fuse and horn still works. Will try 63 in a bit.

 

Check fuses 63 or 69 in the back
