E46 330D 2001 whistle noise

Hello. I have encountered a problem with my car, atleast i think so. When i replaced all the vacuum lines, found one pinched inbetween the intake manifold, so sorted it out and got my turbo working, but it started making this noise. Any sugestions what could be the potential cause of it? Thank you.

Most make this noise ! Mine has been doing it for a year.I have a turbo ready to swap over .Just need to find time ! Some say the intercooler needs checking also for leaks .I had a full smoke test and no leaks found .Its the turbo, not a leak

I had a similar thing on my old 320d. Exactly the same sound.
For me it turned out to be a symptom of dead MAF. The turbo would constantly make loud whining noise sometimes even when driving on the motorway in a high gear.
Like not when it is supposed to be turning on.
Maybe you have a friend with the same car you could borrow MAF from?
