I currently have a F11 525d 3.0 litre 2011, M Sport high spec tourer, 150k miles. Love the car but thinking of getting something newer/ less miles. Looking at low £20ks as budget and i can get 2017/2018 G31 530d with multitude of spec options that there are, or late F11 higher spec 2017, also 335d spec available.
I am looking for ULEZ compliance of course but swithering wether to stick with what I know or go to the G31 with probably lower spec for my budget. i had my first short test drive in a G31 M sport last night and was tad disappointed with it. Felt a bit more "plasticky" and ride quality was harsh, although it had the 20" wheels on it which wouldnt be my choice. I am in no rush so will try another spec G31 to see if any better. I drive circa 30k miles per annum so has to be right.
