just replaced a rear spring on my 640d coupe. The only place I could source a spring was via BMW. On the coupe it is a doddle to fit as the rear top mount is accessed from inside the boot and no need to remove the parcel shelf. The mounting is quite a bit lower than the parcel shelf so hopefully yours will be as simple. Took less than an hour start to finish Although I did have access to a lift and spring compressor.

Hope the GC is as easy, struggling for time and could do without the extra hassles of needing to remove shelf etc! Fingers crossed.

So 2 rear springs ordered, from BMW, £245 😬 should be ready to collect in 2 to 3 days, so might get to try and fit on the weekend, albeit it's the wife's birthday so perhaps not...
