If it's the same as the 2005 it's located under the drivers side cabin carbon filter housing, which is right up to the bulkhead, the squarish plastic cover in your photo. Remove the filter and housing then, on mine, you'll need to remove the under plastic housing and you'll see the master cylinder and reservoir.
