2002 320d Auto - PWG reading low? Pic included

As above, not sure what these values mean?
I have tried a search and come to a conclusion PWG is the throttle position sensor, could this account for the judder when slowly taking my foot off the pedal or rough idle, could this be the cause of lots of vibration in the car, as soon as I put my foot a tiny bit down it stops, the idle is low compared to others, could this be the pedal sensor and do I need to replace the whole pedal, any ways to check?

PWG PedalWinkelGerate- in other words it's you accelerator pedal angle sensor, and it's low because you are outside of the car looking at a laptop and not driving it!

Yeah but surely it shouldn't be in the red part of the visual display in inpa, red indicates low? obviously as you put pedal down it increases but should it be in the green marker area?

this is my current screenshot at idle speed. im wondering if poti 1 is angle of the pedal and poti 2 being the angle for the cruise control motor??

They are both pedal position sensors.
