i wouldn't bother, especially on a diesel.

if you want more power - pm mike from motech and he'll sort you a remap! a panel filter maybe - but i wouldn't stick an induction kit on a diesel..... they sound bad enough as it is.

 

As above.. The cost of a good one is the same as a re-map..

The man from bm put a good air filter in for you just change it more often.

 

i think the 2002 330d's are 184bhp and 2003 onwards are 203bhp

There's only a very minimal gain to be had on a forced induction car from an air filter/induction kit. A remap will see much more hp and torque - and as another poster stated, there's not much price difference between a good induction kit and a remap.
