Yeah I'm not keen on the black. I don't think the colour goes with it that well and you may have made them a bit big in your photoshop lol.

You could always put the colour of the car into google image followed by Z4 and see what it throws up at you. It might give you some ideas anyway.

Yeah I'm trying to figure it all out in my won head, and not sure yet on whether to keep the ambers or go clear, plus deciding on black and aluminium will take me a long time hahaha

as for the price i haven't mentioned it yet, but she was £6500 from just up the road, was a great find as i viewed quiet a few and was disappointed with the condition and some of those were a lot higher in price ;)
I hope you go for the black :hihi but either or will look good compared to the OEM alloys IMO...

Oh yeah I had a look after I posted for some Z4's - I really have to say... I want one!!!

I see you wrote your renewale for insurance is soon,

Mines the end of the month, i got a renewale quote of 1,100 from tesco (thanks alot lol)

I found quotes on confussed for 750 from admiral when i run them they got it down to 612 and then they asked about multicar

On a multicar policy i can insure my z4 for £510 and her mini cooper for £375 both of which a really cheap

Love those wheels, but they're £1050 a piece! and that was a from and without tyres :O so got some saving to do hahaha!

will see what a full blacked out car will look like! as she isn't going anywhere for a very long time!

I've been looking at what to do with the head lights

I wanted clear indicators like the facelift . I fort it would be an easy swap but it's not

The head lights are not sealed like the e46 they do. Other come apart and need to be cut open. Which makes anything on the indicator lenses hard work

Yep I've done some research and you can get these:
http://www.umnitza.com/projectorz4-with-orion-v2-led-angel-eyes-p-5850.html

they might be rather costly but will come ready built and plug and play according to another forum... so will have to wait and see next summer! but at least you can get the angel eyes and everything fitted too.

ohhh good find, they do look rather nice

there umnitza's as well they will be well worht that money would love to see them on a z4

I paid £140 just for Umnitza ring's for my 3 series lol

Yeah however on another forum they are saying that they are terrible....

Im thinking of contacting a BMW specialist like CA automotive to see if they can sort my lights and do clears and then smoke them

just something about them and there work seems to be very good I have also found out that 80mm rings will fit the Z4, theres a guy who did this to his headlights here:

Z4-forum.com • View topic - Clear light and Angel Eye Conversion - The Project and Story

(if this breaks any rules can be removed and ill PM sam)

So then, another update, today I drove to Abingdon near oxford to get my new retrimmed steering wheel fitted by Royal Steering Wheels | Exclusive look, unique feeling

and here is the result, hoped the pic is okay as I only had my phone on me, will take some better pics at a later date, I'm also going to order a black bimmerforums sticker for the back window soon too, but this is a maybe...

anyway heres the pic:

As far as I'm concerned its amazing, it make the car look so much cleaner inside and also feels so much nicer to drive, with the perforated leather it also makes the car look more sporty as well, was defiantly worth the money.

So what do you guys think? do you like it?

thanks for looking!

Wow that looks good

I'm on the look out for an m wheel

His much did that cost if you don't mind me asking?

Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
It was £120 including fitting and exchanging my wheel to him and I got an alpine wheel from mine, if your quick mate someone else just traded an m sport one in ;) he adds padding so I got mine like this:

1.3mm padding perforated leather sides fine nappa top and bottom and black stitching

It makes the car feel so so much nicer than it used to definite improvement!
