I am building a 3 liter engine using an M50B25 non vanos block and an M54B30 crank and pistons . I also going for turboing this engine. But don't know which con rods I am going to use.
The M54 con rods looks like less stronger than the M50's and some says that M50 non vanos con rods are forged ! Are the M54 rods forged or not ?.The thing sure is that the M50 rods are more beafier than the m54 rods, but also the M50's are heavier !
What should I do? :confused
