that run underneath the car?

As some of you know I am still investigating why my acs and abs are working but the lights don't flash when the system intervenes.

These cables became loose and I had my local bmw place fix it but whatever they did it didn't last so I used some cable ties to keep them in place.

If these are linked to the asc and abs have I interuppted the signal by tying them too tightly in place?
