After lowering my car, it has started to wear the insides of the tyres. Ive been told it needs a camber/caster alignment but i dont know what that means? Is there any way to correct this, and how much would it cost?

Camber is probably most easily explained by a diagram:

Lowering gives you negative camber hence the increased inside tyre wear. To the best of my knowledge (so someone may want to correct me) slightly increasing negative camber increases cornering grip but at the expense of your tyres.

Found a few things on here meant to allow adjustment of the camber but nothing cheap though.

When ever you lower a car you should get the tracking checked after as it puts it out of Spec, will be why it's wearing the tyres on the inner edges.
