Was bloody hard work by hand but, im very pleased with the results. Rotary is next on the shopping list :lol

The only thing i dont like with #7 is that it shows all the paint swirls up :(
Rotary will sort that though.

Looking good sparky... i was talking to a megs guy and he said that as BMW paintwork was so hard the only good stuff to get the swirls out is megs compound, i used it and did the trick, not harsh stuff but strong enough.

Im going to try a few different one's, the Megs included. :thumbsup

You can get the silverline for a couple of pounds more, i know which most people i know would go for :D

How long did the whole job take you i 3 stage'd my last w-end & it took me
best part of 8 hours!!! :cool:eek:thumbsup

Well it had been well looked after by the previous owner [didnt stop me Claying it 3 times though] so the overall condition was pretty good.

Snow foamed it which took about 20 minutes
Dried it 10 minutes
Megs #7 took about 1 hour
Megs #16 took about 3 hours

So i guess no more than 5 hours.
