Swirl flap / egr delete coding

There are no issues with the swirl flaps on the n57 engine. Depending on its mileage you may need to remove the inlet manifold and clean it out as they coke up badly.. the other thing to consider is that if it is identified the dpf is removed it is a mot fail. If you choose to remove it then you will need the ecu coding to reflect this although dark side will be able to do it when they remap it. Egr delete will also need coding out but as far as I am aware you can just code it so it remains closed. Dark side seem to know there stuff and will be able to advise you on what is best but I would consider a straight forward remap and see what you think. I would also recommend servicing the gearbox if it’s an auto.

You should be able to drive it there but if you remove the parts as described it will throw an engine light until it’s remapped and coded. Assuming is an auto the auto box service is a bit of a pain but well worth doing. Just ensure you get the right oil and also follow the correct fill up procedure.
If it was mine I would look at coding out the egr, clean the inlet manifold and then a remap with the dpf in place and then go from there.
