hi all just put some 16 inch alloys on with 205/55/zr 16 on them now the alloys i have took of have 205/60/r15 on them can i swap the tyers over or not as they are only 3 weeks old thanks john1070:jaw-dropping

No mate, the "r15" or "r16" is the rim diameter of the wheel/tyre. They are only suitable for a matching size wheel.

I'd suggest either using your old wheels til you've had your money's worth from the tyres, or selling them if you can get a decent price.

Not if the new alloys are 16" (and the old ones are 15") as you have put....

As far as the 205/55 and 205/60 they should swap over and the error in the speedo etc. would be minimal....
