i appear to have some rust on my arch:mad

i have been to two body shops

1. whole new panal (exspensive)

2. remove bumper grind of affected area, fibreglass, and some kind of putty:confused (cheaper)

the 2nd option is cheaper and when i asked how long it will last the guy said it will last as long as the new panal?

what do you guys think? . Craigledden.

I had a whole new arch welded in and sprayed, cost me 400 quid.

Couldnt be happier with it really.

Doubt the second idea will last as long as a new panel, as even if you grind out the rust you can see, its still in the metal
