I have a 530GT M-Sport 2012 and the Hard Drive on the Professional Media has stopped working.
I had music loaded onto it working fine but now it won’t show or play the music or even allow me to delete it all. Everything else works fine and I can still play music through the USB.
I have reset the system and now am at a loss, any ideas?
I think the music is written onto the same Hard Drive as the SatNav and other media settings so am tempted to put up with it.

Had a not too different issue when I bought my GT. Sat nav did not work, everything else did, so asked dealer to sort out before I pick up the car. They thought the same as me, change the HDD and everything is good again. Turned out to be a new iDrive job in the end at main dealer to the tune of £1500. Needless to say I did not foot the bill.
