I all I’m at logger heads ive put a new radiator and temp sensor on my 3 series estate diesel automatic 320d 08 plate and ever since then after about 15 to 20 mins of running the pressure builds up on the one side of the radiator pipe and start leaking fluid also the fan don’t come on nether do the flaps open behind the grills but wen I take the temp sensor out they both work , been to several garages and they can not figger it out last garage said take it to bmw so phoned them and they want £150 just for a diagnostic to be done , would really appreciate any sort of help if possible pls many thanks in advance 👍🏻

Still got air in the system.
Needs bleeding properly and can be a pain in the butt.

Hi Alan g I’ve run the car on several occasions with the lid of water bottle for hour and a time I don’t really no much about cars , so I’m great full with any help thanks 👍🏻

Seen video's with the front of the car raised to bleed it.
They can be a pain but it has to be air if it was ok before the new rad and sensor where fitted.
