As the title says really. Whenever I put on a little heat through the air con I get a smell of oil into the cabin. I checked for leaks underneath the engine and there are none. I checked ontop of the engine too and I cant see anything.

Anyone know what this could be?

It could be that the oil breather valve may need changing.

Is this a problem that needs urgent attention should it be the oil breather valve?

Have you checked along the rear of the cylinder head/cam cover for any oil leaks?
