I had to change one of the DSC sensors, and they are a bit of a pig to undo with standard tools.

It's 27mm hex head. A normal socket wont fit due to the connector. A deep 27mm is too long and hits the body (plus there's no way a ratchet handle would fit). A standard combination spanner hits all the pipe work and body.

An offset ring spanner (swanneck) almosts fits, the length of the bar hits the body as the sensor points slightly downwards. Bending the spanner is also not enough as there isn't enough swing between body and brake pipes to catch the next 30 degree point on the ring.

So here is what was needed to remove the DSC sensor without removing anything else from the cylnder, pipework or servo, a £5 27mm ring spanner from amazon then bent and chopped:
