yes this is the car i recently brought but i think that unless you have a very reliable source buying second hand is dodgy cos you never really know the history of it and apparenly there are 2 types for this car and finding the better of the 2 was proving to be difficult and i needed to get sorted right away as i need it every day

Least you get a warranty with a recon box

yeh the warranty was also a main factor only 3 months on a second 1 i got 12 months having it rebuilt

IMO you made the right decision Matty :thumbsup
Its a lot of money but you have that warranty. We dont get involved repairing auto boxes at work because they are so specialist. We wouldnt even fit a second hand one for customers because of warranty issues. :frown

thanks but i already dropped it off but i did do my research the quotes ranged from £1100 to £1700 obviously i took the cheapest but it was recommended by another garage
