hottuning or jamex coilovers! can you lovely people please advise which ones are better as i am on a budget after some idiot keying my bmw which is going cost me 400 to respray! thanx

From what I know both are cheap, but Jamex have a lot more brand history than hottuning, which look like a generic chinese made coilover.

Unless someone can offer better evidence, I would go for Jamex
But tbh, after personal experience, I would recommend eibach springs!

i had jamex 45mm springs on my punto for 2 years and never had a problem with them.

But Jamex dont have a great name as far as i'm aware, known as quite cheap from what I have heard. (word of mouth only.. I never had problems.)

I think its a case of you get what you pay for...

thanks the only reason is because my shocks have gone aswell due to a 60mm sprinng. my car is getting 19" rims so i think with coilovers i wont need and shocks. but with springs alone will have to get shocks
