Hey guys.

Just bought some rose jointed top mounts. I was just wondering what oil/grease do i use , and do i lube the outside of the bush or inside as well. Sorry if this a very stupid question but if you don't know you just don't know right!

Hi D

They are a self lubricating bearing, so they will not require any immediate attention or any attention for quite some time.

But if you are looking at looking at adding some lube, them use bearing grease and put it on the outside of the spherical by rolling the bearing round.

Hope that makes sense- it did in my head
