Ordered an M140i 5dr back in October
Delivery due beginning of March
Car is in the country now
Lease broker emailed to say the dealership had made a mistake and that BMW will no longer honour the deal.
Lex Autolease are the funders
My question is can they do this as I have a countersigned copy of the hire agreement?
Any advice would be much appreciated before I contact the ombudsman

There is probably a clause in the contract that states they can. Time to get reading because if not you may have a case.

I agree with justinlee.

If it were the other way round, they would have you skint 100%.

Get that agreement checked over... no matter what the item is both parties have agreed on. If you no happy get after them, they would you.

Dealership make a mistake? Get what the mistake is in writing from the broker before going any further.

Avoid telephone calls with both other parties and communicate vie email or post. That way no one can change who's fault it is.

Sorry to hear this and good luck!
