Ever since buying my E90 320d just over a year ago now, I've always dealt with the dash creak; going through bumpy roads and especially on speed bumps, basically anytime the chassis would flex so it was time to do something about it...
After doing some research I found that the strut brace was a common cause of this issue since it happens when the chassis flexes, but I checked the bolts and they're tight as a rock! which kind of explains why the dash would creak even by pushing it with my hand...

It also seems to get worse in hot weather, maybe something to do with the dash becoming more soft/sticky because of the heat

But I later then found a video of an audi S8 fixing the same creak sound by jamming a tube in between the dash and the window

I tried to simulate this fix with my hand, and it definitely worked! as you can see in the video I jam my hand in between the window and the dash and that nasty creak seems to disappear
It does seem like a shitty fix but at least you won't hear that nasty creaking over speed bumps and imperfections in the road. Let me know if this helps!
FIX
I did the tube fix myself with a little fuel line around 10cm long from a local garage and it worked wonders! Be careful not to put a huge tube or anything can could possibly crack the windscreen
