You need to do a scan with diagnostic software, ideally ISTA to get codes and see what is logging.

 

The obd port doesn't work when I run in to the issue forgot to mention

 

Could be the main relay in your ECU compartment breaking down... it's probably a blue one, not expensive either. worth replacing to see if it fixes the issue. Please keep us informed .

 

OH, and get a genuine BMW replacement, as i said, they're not expensive

 

I've got this exact issue, check the voltage across the jump start points in the engine bay. Mine hits 15.7v when the engine is running which is too high and likely a voltage regulator failure causing the modules to shut down and throw multiple warning lights. I have a new regulator arriving this week so I'll let you know of it solves things.

 

New voltage regulator has fixed the issue. However, the flat battery and jump starting the car appears to have corrupted the FRM so another issue to deal with.

 

I had this on my E90 335i, BMW had it for weeks trying to figure out what it was (lucky me it was under warranty) turns out it was the parking sensor module at fault.
