Hi fellow petrolheads,
I just need some clarification on if it is possible to drop 1999 OEM AC Schnitzer Type 2 Deep Concave manufactured by Ronal ET13 18" x 8.5 on my E88 cabriolet.

PLEASE REFER TO THE PICTURE

I have done some research and when this set of wheel came onto the market they fit straight onto the E36 and E46 models with the need of some spigot rings 7mm. Other forums have highlighted these wheels will go straight onto the E82 and E88 as the wheel fitment is the same as the E36 with no need to role the arches or suspension issues.

Just need someone with the technical knowledge to answer my question

Put the spec of your standard wheels in and the spec of the AC Schnit wheels in and then see what the difference is between the two.
If the new wheels stick out further then measure the gap from your stock wheels to your arches and see if there's room
Use the knowledge to make a judgement
