E12 bolt should be M10 ad your axle diameter M24 (because nut socket 32 ), just measure to make sure.

You mean drive shaft to wheels ?
Or drive shaft from gearbox to diff input flange?

70 nM for M10 is not that high.
At my car M10 for driveline parts torque is also about 70-80 nM ( depends bolt hardness).

But anyway to make sure, can you use this?
