This is quite an easy job. I replaced mine with Powerflex bushes rather than OEM because I fitted a stiffer H&R anti-roll bar which has a larger diameter.
Get the front of the car up in the air. You can use ramps if you like because it doesn't matter whether the suspension is loaded or not.
Remove the engine under-tray and the ARB mounts will be plain to see.
Each side comes off with a couple nuts & bolts and then you just pull the bushes off the bar.
When you put the new ones on, personally I'd lubricate them with silicone grease to prevent them squeaking and then you having to do the whole job again because the noise is driving you mad. There is hot debate around whether to grease these things (in general - not specifically the E63/4) so you might want to do a bit of research.
