Well the 2nd one has finished anyway, the 1st one may be OK, but what I suggest is looking on BMW Parts Catalog and checking the part number they list for your car with your VIN number.

I wouldn't have thought the mechanism would have changed - but you never know!!

This is what I have found, I have no idea what this means, can anybody help please?

I have checked with the ebay seller even though it has ended he still has the item

The part numbers on the ebay link above looks in a totally different format in the pictures, I am comfused!!!!

Have you asked the seller where he's got that part number? It could a part number on one of the associated parts which is actually not sold separately and that's why you can't find anything with that number.

Can any BMW expert help if I post my vin number here?

Im going round and round in circles and dont want to spend £450 from the main dealer! :(
