has anybody ever fitted the e46 self tinting interior mirror into an e36 or has anyone got a wiring diagram.

great thanks for that.
but can anyone decipher it as i have 5 wires going into the mirror.
i think 2 of them are probably for the alarm.
what is F24 and X217

F24 is the fuse number and the arrow with X217 means the wire leads to splice number X217.
