My car: http://www.parkers.co.uk/cars/specs/Detail.aspx?deriv=18004

Hey guys, i've got a 330d and absolutely love it, so smooth etc but wouldnt mind a bit more power lower down (not that it really needs it) but what can do, if and when i have the money?

I have a remap in mine to get done very soon, i've heard that'll help a lot.

What else can be done? Is there any chance someone can write me a simple list with prices and what the perks are?

EG: Remap (on offer) £280 - + 30+bhp + 40lb torque

I know it's a lot to ask but i cant find anything interesting while i'm at work.

Thanks Fella's

im not clued up on ths but ill try and help seein as no1 else has.
you need to consider the obvious really, cold air intake, larger injectors, free flowing exaust. i havnt got a clue how to tune diesels but i should think any of those would help, is the 330 a turbo? im assuming so, larger turbo would give it more midrange grunt.

hey, i have got a 320d 150bhp model, i had that live mapped, and what a difference it makes, it has so much grunt its unreal, my mpg improved also, i get nearly 700 miles out of a tank, so i would imagine get your 330 mapped will be one of the best things you could do.

Yeah Mine is unbelievable anyway it's such a gorgeous drive it actually makes ity pleasuable plus people REALLY underestimate the power of it i mean, after 70 it's ridiculous. I'm getting around 475miles out of a 63l tank lol - about 33mpg, i do a fair few short journeys, more short than long anyway.

Thing i dont like about is on littler roads doing 30ish my car tramlines cus of the beefey m3 wheels lol but the pro's outweigh the cons with them badboys.

Thanks Ron. Yeah it's a turbo. An uprated turbo would be costly though - and im not all that rich, i'm a 21 year old apprentice! lol. I have plent of grunt around 2,700rpm and if i floor it i end up facing the other way. haha all fun and games
