Does anyone have any idea how to go about removing the rear door card from above model. I need to have a look at the wiring for the window, as auto-window up is not working but auto-window down is.

To cut a long story short garage has had door card off and since then I've had prob with window. Would take it back but they're useless

Try that reset procedure in your previous post. Here are instructions on removing door card....LINK...for the front door, but will be similar for rear ones as well :thumbsup

I would take back to garage and sit there until they sort it. If they can't do it I would ask them to pay for one that can do it. If I still got no joy, would ask for a copy of thier liability insurance and pursue them for damage caused on the garage premises.
