I'm pretty sure BMW offer replacement o-rings for the DISA valve. Have a look on realoem.com, should turn up a part number for you.
If not, or you don't want to pay BMW prices there are lots of cheap replacements available on ebay that will do the job well enough, though may not last as long. You can get upgraded silicone replacements that are supposed to be better than the OEM ones for a little bit more.
