Hi Guys what tools are readily available from like halfords and the like to remove and seat a wheel bearing into the hub?

got to do the job this weekend and hoping i dont need a press cos they aint easy to come by :eek:)

They can be done without a press or the proper tools but it is a pain,

the inner race usually sticks to the drive flange and will need angle grinding down then splitting with a chisel.

The bearing shell can be hammered out from the inside of the hub using a socket and extension :hihi

A large hammer is a must :D

Sealey tools from ECP sell the the right tools and are specific for BMW. Don't think I could part with £400 for that though :frown

jeeez!! looks like ill have to try and find a press or a garage then grr i like to do the work myself but i dont fancy that... i think its rain all weekend aswell ;'(
