Hello peeps,

Hope this is the right forum for this, only place could really think of lol

Anyway, I have a question, my car is missing its Undertray, I have been told that it needs one because there is a lot of electrics under there that if get wet will make the car cut out.

I haven't had chance to have a look yet, but was wondering if any of you guys know if this is true or not, or if anyone runs without one do you get any problems?

I've seen lots of E36 models running without undertrays without a problem. I know there is an option for an aluminium one for your model. £55 from dealer.

Ok, cheers mate.

Might look into getting one of those at some point, but just I heard that it can cause damage. Thought I would find out for sure before I start using the car.

not seen or had to remove one of them, but have plenty of normal undertrays
