Hello. What colour is the car and what trim you’ve got (es, se or m sport)?
I would start off by replacing your chrome grill surround to a matte black grill to give it a more aggressive front end look. De-chrome the window trims with a matte black vinyl. That could be your starting point

Ok so ive changed the grill already to a black which does look alot better its just the window trims been looking around but cant find any have u got any ideas on where to look ?also changed the headlights from halo to xeno but still need to sort the wiringI would start off by replacing your chrome grill surround to a matte black grill to give it a more aggressive front end look. Any ideas where i could get the wiring done ? As dont want to mess around with them cause ai t got a clue 🤣
A BMW specialist garage will be able to help you out or even an electrician should be able to know what to do? I would just get it vinyl wrapped. You can do it yourself, all you need is time and patience. Stick with 3m or Avery Dennison brand. I know you can buy a dechroming tape by 3m, save you having to pay £30-40 per linear meter roll. Forgot to ask, if you don’t mind me asking, what’s your budget for the project?
In my opinion I like the all black look. Black car on black wheels, black windows. You can get a matte black f10 style indicators on the fenders. Do a light smoke tint for the tail lights with LED reverse lights

Get a back box delete pipe fitted on. A custom exhaust place will be able to make one up for you

For me it's the wheels that make the car and there are loads of OEM wheels out there on the secondhand market from the E90 range but also F10/F12 5/6 series wheels fit with the right tyres fitted
For aesthetics, a bit of carbon...

May I ask why you want to "modify" it? A 325i SE is a perfectly nice car as is.
Blacking out everything and sticking on body kit is just throwing money on things that don't really improve the car, attract all the wrong kind of attention, and will actually make it worth LESS should you want to sell it on. Plus it's just another excuse for insurers to rip you off even more than they already do.
Personally I would err on the side of caution here and stick to things that are easily reversible if you absolutely must mod it. Sorry if that sounds a bit cynical/boring but its definitely the sensible option.

@Tekkle89 don't listen to @NiallB25 - He's obviously old and would buy a Singer 911 and convert it back to stock so the insurance would be cheaper! 😛😄
Yes a 325i SE is a perfectly nice car - just like all the other perfectly nice 325i SE's on the road
I grew up reading magazines* like Car & Car Conversions and Max Power in a previous millennium featuring car that weren't always to my taste but with many hours of time and effort put into them that made them unique and their owners proud of their achievements - we're not all the same and we don't all want the same things
Now we have Youtube with super popular channels like Mighty Car Mods - Retropower Cars and the Bad Obsession Motorsport guys building Project Binky - It's all part of the rich tapestry of life
If you want to wide arch your E90, put a whale tail on the boot and paint it luminous yellow then crack on - If you prefer the OEM+ route with more subtly then get the orange bulbs in your side repeaters swapped out for chrome bulbs and stand back and admire your ride because it's YOUR ride and enjoy!
(*Magazines were a thing you could buy from something called a papershop - like a pub, every street had one)
