Just thought I'd post a review after having my 325d remapped by Jason on Friday.
My car pulled stock 204 bhp and 317 lbs ft torque on the first dyno run. Jason asked me what I wanted from my remap, economy, balance or outright power.
I went for something balanced as I use the car to commute so didn't want to lose the benefits of running a diesel. I also had the Egr delete.
Anyway about 45 minutes later, my car is back on the dyno and I can see immediately that it's not the same lol.
First dyno run shows 280+ bhp. A bit more tweaking and the final result is 290 bhp and 390 lbs ft torque.
Low speed driving is now a breeze. Just the merest touch on the go pedal gets you to 30, its effortless and when you really want to move... It moves. Properly pins you back in the seat.
Its early days, but the obc showed 37 mpg on the way there... And 38.5 on the way back. Well happy with the result.
Thanks Jason

That's a massive increase in power 86bhp it must feel like a new car :thumbsup

I read that the 03/2010 onwards 325d is exactly the same engine as the 330d so remaps to the same power making them great value for money if you wanna pick one up to remap for less money than a 330d. The older 325d (197bhp) engine had smaller injectors etc than the 330d though so wouldn't make as much power.

The 325d and 525d 197bhp 3.0d will make an extra 80bhp with extra 120-130ft of torque

Here's an example

The 177bhp 325d and 525d will make an extra 60-65bhp with an extra 80-100ft of torque
