was recentley thinking of buying a e30 325i, they are getting alot more expensive and hard to find?! i have a e36 318i r reg.just wondering will one need alot of attention if purchased???

They are great fun to drive but are getting on a bit.

My brother has a mint E30 and does about 30k miles a year in it. It doesn't break down on him but he's forever working on it!

The M20 is quite heavy on fuel as well. Rust would be something to look out for, diff whine, knocks from the rear etc.

Personally I'd stick with E36's.
