I'm new to this forum so apologies for bursting in with a question. I Have a 1993 BMW 325i Auto which has a dash problem that is driving me crazy! Basically on damp days the instrument cluster (all guages and most warning lights) cut out then come back on again, then off and on etc like you are turning the ignition key on and off whilst driving.
I have done some diagnosis (i'm an automotive engineer) and believe it to be the relay/s that control these systems which I think are behind the glove compartment. However, the rather extensive (complicated) wiring diagram I have does not indicate which of these relays it is! So can someone give me some pointers before I start tearing the dashboard apart?
