Why would you replace the plug? Don’t see any need to replace it unless its
DDE is digital diesel electronics….. ECU in non BMW speak.

I can’t see it being a boost leak, a leak could account for low boost pressure but not the actuator failing to move. It would still move to max boost position when starting and remain there until boost needed controlling.

the live data is telling you the command for actuator is there but it’s not moving. It can only be losing output from DDE or there’s a wiring break. You need to 100% confirm wiring continuity pins 3 and 4 back to DDE,pin 1 has 12v and pin 2 has good earth.

Unlikely to be within the plug, if there’s a wire break it’s usually where it passes over or round engine parts etc. as you have circuit drawing it’s an easy thing to check with a multimeter. Also the fuse is easy to check,if you measure 12v from pin 1 to pin 2 that proves the fuse and also the earth.
You would then just need to resistance check pins 3 and 4 back to X2411 plug at DDE,also check them to earth with x2411 unplugged. ISTA wiring diagram should give you the info which plug is which at DDE

Sorry was running ista+ and testing it... hallelujah.... Actuator working like a charm...and helll...i forgot how the car felt... Finally...

And i found how it happen..a guy fixing the real issue with actuator uplugged the plug and managed to bend the pins...why or how i dont know... But having said that i had actuator issue...innitially as the vanes were stuck and the arm coudlnt move ...

Would you mind and send me your revolut or paypal i own you abd Johny bier or two.... Please dont let me beg yous
