Hi guys,
I am in the process of getting a staggered set of E39 style 66 alloys for my E46 320cd M Sport. My car has the standard M Sport suspension and ride height.
The set up will be:
x2 8j ET20 Front
x2 9j ET26 Rear
My Question is will I encounter any issues with this fitment regarding arch rubbing or clearance at all? I don't want to mess around with camber adjustments and arch rolling if possible. The offsets for the E46 naturally are ET47 or ET50 depending on what type of alloys are in question. So an E39 spec offset of ET20 for example will be fairly close to flush with the arches I reckon. I am particularly concerned with the rears with the extra inch of width in the wheel when I encounter dips and bumps in the road.
Has anyone here tried this fitment on the E46 coupe before ? I would really hope to hear some feedback on this please.
Thanks - Harry
